Hello – I am looking for a 👨 guy to sublease my spot in a 4 bed x 4 bath apartment at The Knoll for this summer. You may move in later than May 1, if needed, and I will prorate the rent to reflect this. It is important to note that this would be a SHARED room, meaning you would share the actual bedroom and bathroom with one other 👨 guy. The place is completely furnished and it includes a mattress, which I found to be quite comfortable actually. You only need to bring your personal belongings. The other roommates are all young professionals who will be working full-⌚time this summer. The unit itself is very spacious.
