We are a non smoking, non drug using house that, in order to maintain privacy, doesnt allow overnight guests, unless they are visiting from out of town. Everyone does a weekly chore (e.g., vacuuming the main floor, 🎇cleaning one of the bathrooms, etc.) or can opt out by adding $/month to the rent. Were looking for someone who wants to commit to a weekly household meeting/activity night for an hour or two, someone who wants to interact with us, not simply rent a room and who would enjoy sharing a home with an Aussidoodle, a cocker spaniel and a cat. The animals hang out on the main floor and basement and shed very little. If you are interested, please tell us about yourself. Thanks
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
