Hey all. I&#; going to graduate next semester so my room in The Arrow Apartment is available to subleasing from .1 to .8. You can move in after Dec if you want. My room is really quite and all brand new because I&#;m the first resident for this room. The apartment include great amenities including private courtyards, full-service gym, free printing, study space. It is fully furnished, the chair and desk in my room is my own, I can give the person who sublease my room as gift. My roommate is fantastic, he is a CS major senior student in U and he&#;s really a pro in cooking. Also, he has a cute cat, if you like animal, my room would be a perfect choice.
Rent is $/mo and almost no other utilities. DM me for more info!! We&#;d also totally ❤️love to go to coffee (or tea) with anyone who&#;s interested to get to know each other better!
