Sep 2019: I honestly like living here, I was skeptical when I signed a lease but ended up liking it a ton. Some small things broken but it’s fine and would be easy to get fixed. Review from Google
Aug 2019: Last year I told the office I want the underground parking they said ok, I think I just go there and sign a agreement at the start of the new lease term, but the last week I go the office they said no they don't have, when they said I don't have an underground parking and when they check the email they say it's my problem. How incredible ? They said I should check this, it's my problem, but I think they just want to shirk responsibility. Review from Google
Aug 2019: The only good thing about this place was the bearded guy who would clean at night. Our washer and dryer did not work for a month on move in. When the maintenance staff was replacing the washer, he unplugged the hose and water leaked everywhere. He paid it literally no mind and I had to clean it all up. The heat went out for 2 days during the polar vortex. Also, I am pretty sure they astro-turf these reviews because there is literally NO WAY they have 2.5 stars. Review from Google
May 2019: Great place to live. Very convenient location, quiet and close to the highway. Management team is great! Review from Google
May 2019: Great place to live. Close to campus and activities. Building is secure and very clean. Love the roof patio and grill, great place for get togethers. Excellent parking. Review from Google

Apr 2019: My experience at The Arrow is best described as no complaints. All of my maintenance issues were promptly dealt with within 24 hours. Maintenance is friendly and respectable of your living space. The building itself is very nice (only 2 years old) and on par with any of the luxury apartments on campus. They have a nice outdoor hangout area that feels secluded with a grill and bags to play. The units themselves are all pretty nice with in-unit washer and driers, as well as modern finishes. I live in a 1BR and it is very spacious compared to my two past 1BR apartments. They have complimentary coffee in the lobby 24/7 and a nice little lounge that you can wait in if needed. The gym complex is nothing special but will get the job done if you need a quick workout! This apartment is pet friendly and the tenants all seem to embrace that, I have never seen a building with so many dogs. Being a dog lover isn't a must if you want to live here but it would be a huge bonus if you are Review from Google

Apr 2019: Sly PrimePlace... changing the name from PrimePlace to Arrow? This will not change the fact that the management don’t keep any promises on constructions and takes advantages of students. I had to live in an inn during the semester for almost 2 months because of unfinished construction. Food, transportation, and etc that cost me consequently? Never reimbursed. They kept lie and delay the finish date to the following week until it become months and months. They never gave my deposit back either and even took the first month rent out of my bank w/out my permission, even though I never lived there!!!! I can imagine that the management will use lies to cover truths, which the consequence will be directly on the poor residents. Review from Google

Mar 2019: After months of searching, I eventually gave up on the web and picked up the phone. The property manager was super helpful and got me all the documents I needed to lease the place. Got a one bedroom and one bathroom without even seeing the place! Great employees who honest and transparent. Review from Google
Mar 2019: CHEATING POTENTIAL LEASERS! Promised to lease me an apt and the leasing manager never got back to me despite me calling them and reminding them continuously for 10 days. They said they're gonna call me back and I waited for another 10 days again and When I called back, I was told that the price is increased. RIDICULOUS! They promised to get the new price down today morning but anyways not to it's original price and asked me to come in by 4 pm to check it out. I was CONTACTED first time ever by the arrow management WHICH THEY NEVER DID BEFORE saying that the apt is leased out to someone else and I'm on waiting list. Trying to cash out people! Feb 2019: Travon actively worked with a third party electrician to fix our oven. While it did take a week, which is the only reason this isn't a five-star, he got the job done and our oven is working again and has been for a few days.
Jan 2019: I luv this apt although I did have some problems with themanagement before. There is one thing just happened to me I want you guys to know. I live by myself and I found out there’s a big square cut on the wall of my bathroom looks like made on purpose. I was scared and went to the office, the girl works in the office was super nice helping me and asking details. Then she asked a guy to come and check. The guy made sure it’s not cut by people and found another guy to double check and explained to me why it’s broken. All of these happened in like five minutes! I luv them. Review from Google
Nov 2018: I've lived at the Arrow for 5 months. The size and layout of my apartment are more than adequate and the building amenities have met all of my expectations. Management is very decent; they're nice folks who are responsive to emails and feedback. Every work order I have placed has been completed in a timely and professional manner, and I have never felt unsafe in the building. Notably, a bicycle accessory of mine was stolen from the parking garage, but management was helpful in providing relevant information from surveillance cameras. Some of the construction work is not of the highest quality, such as relatively cheap cabinetry and a few bent floorboards, but for the location and price, the amenities are excellent. I love that there are in-unit washers/dryers, dishwashers, laminate flooring, and climate control (AC). The appliances are de Review from Google
Sep 2018: Honestly this place is pretty good for what we're paying. The management seemed very sincere in addressing concerns. The HVAC fans don't shut off but they are working with a contractor to enable fan control. Overall there were some initial issues with the unit but they are being addressed pretty quickly. Jun 2018: Do not live here. Please, trust me. This place is going to fall apart. It looks okay from the outside, and when it is finished it might probably be very appealing at first sight. The living area is very open, the bedroom is of decent size and the closet attached to the bathroom (which is weird to me) is huge. But do not let your eyes fool you. On careful observation, you will realize that most materials used for the interior of the apartment are cheap and of poor quality. For instance the flooring is made of fake wood, the vents don't really open or close, fan in the apartment keeps running all the time, the windows leak water if it rains too hard, the shower handle broke when I first arrived in the apartment, the kitchen cabinets were broken, ... (I don;t have time to mention everything). I have to mention that there was a false fire ala Review from Google
Jun 2018: We have been living here since the fall. Although we have been frustrated with management and the operations of this building at times, I have not felt compelled to leave a poor review until now. I recently noticed that most of the other units with patios in the building have screen doors, however, we never had one. I figured it was a mistake so I asked management to install one for us. Nope. Not possible. No explanation was given as to why we were the only unit without a screen door. Management is so cheap. They are not willing to spend an extra few dollars to keep their residents happy. Pathetic. And if you're interested here is a list of all the other horrible things that happened to us while living here: delayed by a month to move in, apartment was filthy upon move in, constant construction for an entire year, car was broken into in the Review from Google
Jun 2018: Although there were many problems with our apartment upon move-in day (trim coming off of wall, floors buckling, dishwasher not hooked up to water) most of the problems were fixed relatively quickly. The staff was quick to reply to our emails and concerns. I find parking here expensive and was not pleased to find out other attendees negotiated for free parking fees, but when we expressed our financial concerns, we were denied this privileged. The rent here is reasonable for the area, and you can't beat the location! Overall, my first month living here has been good. Review from Google
Jun 2018: Helpful and attentive staff that will answer your emails pretty promptly. The building is nice and modern and rent is pretty fairly priced, especially for the area. My only areas of criticism would be that there is still a lot of work left to be done in the building in terms of painting, decoration and so forth. Otherwise I couldn't be happier with my decision to live here. Very pet friendly building! Review from Google
May 2018: Just moved in with two roommates this past weekend and I can say it was not worth it. When we toured the place it was a construction zone and we were told it would be cleared up upon moving and that is not the case. The floors have some sort of film or over spray on them and are not smooth the entire place needed to be cleaned before we even set up anything. The roof top that was suppose to be done looks very much so in the planning stages. I guess we should have done our research and searched Facebook oddly enough there’s a group on there with a majority of the originals used to share their experience moving in to helping each other out when there was issues like break-ins, vehicle vandals in a secure lot, and the front door not working properly, which currently has had a sign for the last week saying coming out to fix tomorrow. tomorrow ne Review from Google
May 2018: I have never written a review, but I feel that it is important that people are aware of what they are getting into. I would agree with every single post about "The Arrow," aka Prime Place. Upon move in (which was delayed every week for a month), our apartment was filthy with construction dust that has never been cleaned. Inappropriate things were written in dust on our windows. There are scratches on almost all the cabinets, orange paint on the kitchen floor, and overall things are ready to fall apart throughout the entire apartment. It is not at all what the pictures portray. It is clear that construction was extremely rushed immediately upon entering the room. Parts of our kitchen island have fallen off and it seems that every piece of wood in the apartment was not measured (1+ inch gaps and overhangs throughout the entire three bedroom apar Review from Google
Mar 2018: Great location near the light rail and wide variety of restaurants. Private bedroom and bathroom for a great price. The in-unit washer and dryer is VERY convenient. The kitchen is spacious and furniture is in good condition. The service staff is fast and does a good job. Review from Google
