Oct 2016: Nice, overpriced apartments with unorganized management. They will charge you for almost anything possible. They withheld my mail and were always rude to me whenever I went in to ask any questions. They do not care about complaints. I will never rent from them again and would encourage everyone else to stay clear as well. Oct 2016: After our first year at Sydney Hall we all decided to renew our lease which can speak for itself. Specifically the location is great with a couple minute walk to the heart of campus and also on the edge of dinky for all our needs. The apartment rooms are great with some killer views (for some) and reasonably priced. Any issues were taken care off quickly and the management was friendly and helpful. Would easily recommend.
