I have a shared bedroom in a two bedroom apartment, my current roommate wants to keep her lease, but will probably not be spending a lot of ⌚time at the apartment. It’s very close to the light rail and management is super great.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
