Jan 2018: January update: initially I gave 5 stars when I thought things were going to blow over, we'd move in, everything would be fine as I had been treated with nothing but respect up to that point. This is not what happened. Since move in I've been met almost entirely with dissapointment. I'm going to break this review into three sections because they're all very different.

My apartment unit itself has been very nice. The rooms are spacious, plenty of room for a queen bed and a big desk. It's a bit lacking on cupboard space in the kitchens but the appliances are all, obviously, new. The only real issue is that the fan for the HVAC unit must run constantly and it's very loud. Some people complained about the condition of their unit on move in but mine was fairly clean. Some dust, but I'd expect no less with a new building, a building that Review from GoogleJan 2018: Construction delays leading to delayed move-in were only the beginning. The apartment complex still isn't complete, workmanship is poor, paint splashes stain the floors, wood trim has nails that completely missed their mark, overall doesn't feel solid. The amenities that we pay for are still not available and it has been four months since moving in. The apartments are tiny, micro fridges, cupboards are too small to hold food or dishes. My friend and I signed the leasing contract with Prime Place last year and our move-in date was delayed THREE times!!! First was on September last year, then delayed to December, then to February 2018! Last week, I contacted them to confirm if we could move into our new apartment on February, and manager simply told be " your apartment will not be ready." and that's it!! No apology, no explanation, no solution.
I have been living in a public living room for 5 months since I moved out my previous apartment because of Prime Place. What's more, they NEVER thought about informing me about delay, so it was me who contacted them every time I was ready to move in……
Prime Place violated our contract three times and dealt with this situation in the most unprofessional way you can ever imagine. With all the issues we have gone through as residents and how management has resolved them is no where near professional in any sense I left a couple pics to show how we received our unit.
I personally spent about 3 days re-cleaning and removing paint from the floors about $30 in products and my time. When asking building management in a email for a simple reimbursement of products I had to use to clean up their mess they said “there will be no type of reimbursement for cleaning†when we signed up I thought we’d have a nice clean and safe unit and building to live in and enjoy. 1. Prime is a new apartment with a spacious living room and complete home appliances. (I really love the refrigerator)
2. The staff have a good attitude and can respond quickly. Requests of maintenance can be handled timely.
3. The WIFI is really good.
4. The prices are affordable.
Disadvantages:
1. Compared with other apartments, Prime is far from the light rail&bus station.
2. No carpet, so sound insulation effect not good
3. Some bedrooms have something similar to a power supply (I don't know what it is), and it makes some noise.
4. Although I can see that the staff have been working hard to improve, issues of packages are not very satisfactory.
5.My bathroom doesn't have the place to hang the shower curtain

I have tour with manager Blake week ago. He show me 4 bedroom and it was good tour. Manager Blake tell me story about time he meet president Obama! He a funny man!
I love apartment and gonna get 4 bedroom to make new friends. If you need room mate tell manager Blake about room with Jeff Chiu !

Nov 2017: I personally was treated with the utmost respect and patience by the Management. I was impressed by how professional and informational the tour was along with how well the management was able to maintain organization and remain efficient, despite their high demand and work load. Dispite slanderous outbursts and endless character defemation by media and the disgruntled. I can see Prime Place will be a great place to call home Review from Google
