Hello! I will be leaving for spring semester and am looking for a PAIR of people to sublease and share the room my bf and I currently have. (Any gender is welcome to takeover, but we are looking for 2 people to share the room!) I am also offering $ off each person’s rent for the first month to whoever decides to takeover this room for us :)
The room is huge, roughly ’x’ with a 🚶 walk in closet and vanity/sink inside the room (pic attached). Plenty of space for 2 people and their things!
The unit is a 6 bed/3.5 bath conveniently located on Como Ave SE, just outside Dinkytown and close to numerous 🚌 bus stops (and freeways for drivers)! All other roommates are UMN students and 👩 female.
One off street parking spot is also available to takeover, or free street parking is available on the surrounding block.
You would be taking over starting January 1st until the lease ends on August th .
