We have a corner unit facing TCF bank stadium, located on the light rail station. There is one parking spot available. Amenities include access to 🏊 pool and hot tub, club room with Starbucks coffee machine, workout facility, sauna, and in-unit washer/dryer. Looking to move out as soon as possible, and would be able to stay until August st. Willing to negotiate on price.
