I have a studio on the th floor of the Hub with windows facing West and South that I am looking to sublease. The unit is fully furnished and comes with a parking spot in the private heated garage. The building has many awesome features including a hour fitness center with a sauna, an outdoor patio area with 🍔 grills, a hot tub, and a 🏊 pool. There are several study rooms throughout the building, a computer lab with free printing, and a club room on the 7th floor with billiards and a free coffee machine. The only utilities that are not included in rent is 💡electricity, but I would be willing to negotiate this.
