I am looking for a 👨 male or 👩 female (early to mid-s) to take over my lease in Minneapolis. The duplex home is currently occupied by 2 👩 females and a 👨 male, all recent college graduates. Preferably move in any ⌚time after December 1st (flexible on the move-in date) and the lease runs until May th with the option for renewal. Rent is $/mo with about $/mo of additional utilities (⛽gas, 💡electricity, & internet). 🌊 water, trash, and lawn care are included. The room is in the basement with a large 🚶 walk-in closet and a shared bathroom with the 👨 maleroommate. The house is in a nice and safe location, a block away from the West River Parkway and Midtown Greenway and in a cul-de-sac.
