I will be moving in January so I am looking to sublease my room at a house in Marcy Holmes area from January-August. It is a 4bed, 2bath house, has off-street parking, and is a 3-minute 🚶 walk to a 🚌 bus station. Utilities are around $ a month. Your room would be the biggest in the apartment.
