Hi, I am looking for someone to take over my lease for this summer. The unit is located at th street SE, Minneapolis, Minnesota . Very close to Dinky Town and Campus, As well as close to many 🚌 bus routes and W. There are 3 other 👨 guys living in the unit, but mostly keep to themselves. There is a parking lot behind with parking included. The Unit has air conditioning, full kitchen, dishwasher, and laundry. The living room is furnished but the room that is being subleased does not have any furniture. The landlord is very friendly and can be reached by text. Very responsive and quick to fix any issues.
