Hi my name is Jayson 🙂 I will be a senior this year studying Health Services Management.
We are looking for a third roommate (single private bedroom) at which rent is $ and we pay for WiFi and 💡electricity but it ends up only being like an extra $. Sounds expensive I know but for a single bedroom right across the Marshall, hence the heart of dinky (1 minute away from Target and tons of eating places) it’s a pretty great deal! You won’t need to get a 🚍 bus pass because it’s like a 5 minute 🚶 walk to Minneapolis campus
Its just me and my 💕 👩 girlfriend in another room and one bathroom and I’d say we are 🎇clean, easy going, nice and study when needed but we do also have friends over on weekends. We are relatively night owls but can stay quiet during the weekday but we want a roommate that hopefully would be open to hang out as well (doesn’t need to be) it’s okay if you are never home or always in the room too haha but we get it, everybody is busy. That’s just a bit about us! Let know if you are interested in meeting or touring our apartment??
The house is furnished (living room, kitchen, bathroom) but your room would have a queen bed but that’s about it. We could also get rid of the bed if you want to bring your own. You could move in September 1st.
