Looking for a spacious 1-bedroom to lay your head? This beautiful, well-maintained 1-bedroom apartment at University Ave SE (that is, only 6 blocks from the UMN campus) is available for a summer sub-let from June to August at $ per month.
LOCATION
You couldnt ask for a better spot to live. The UMN campus is minutes away, as is both Dinkytown and Saint Anthony Main with all of their shops, 🍔 restaurants, 🚌 bus lines, theaters, and general awesomeness.
THE APARTMENT
A 🎇clean, well-kept, beautiful place to live. Comes complete with: built-in bookshelves and a kitchen with plenty of cabinet space; a beautiful living room with hardwood floors and beautiful french doors; a full bath and a small hallway with tons of cabinet space; freeinternet; and a spacious bedroom with a decently sized closet. This space is great for one or two people. A garage spot is available for rent in the rear of the building ($/month) as well as free street parking, and coin-operated laundry machines are available in the basement. Utilities are typically very reasonable, but of course vary depending on the season/weather. Rent includes 🌊 water and heat, and tenants pay for 💡electricity and ⛽gas. Cats are welcome for an additional $/month.
LEASING DETAILS
The sub-lease will be available for all of June, July, and August and has the possibility of being available longer upon inquiry. Last months rent and a security deposit are due at signing; your first months rent is due when you move in. Your security deposit is refundable upon the completion of your lease -- assuming, of course, that the apartment is undamaged. Move-in date can be flexible and rent would be prorated accordingly.
BUILDING ATMOSPHERE
A mix of graduate and undergraduate students as well as some working professionals. People here are fully capable of having a good ⌚time, but do so quietly and respectfully: this is not a party building. Overall, residents are respectful and courteous.
