The room comes fully furnished with a bed and a dresser as well as a desk. Closet space is generous, has a rail and a shelf. Bathroom is inside the room itself, so it is very private. My roommate is very friendly and open to meeting new people, him and I have never had a conflict. The location is central to many 🍔 restaurants (Chipotle, Jimmy Johns, Dominoes, Canes etc.) and is super close to most of the halls on east bank.
