I will be moving out of this apartment, but the two 👩 girls still here are very sweet people. The apartment is very quiet--both 👩 girls really keep to themselves, though occasionally they have meals together. One is a PhD student at the University of MN, the other works full ⌚time. The apartment is the first floor of a duplex. It is an older place, and has a lot of character, including very cute arched entrances to rooms. The room that will be available is the sunroom of the apartment. It is quite spacious, and the 🏆best thing about it is that it has 5 windows (with blinds) that are almost floor to ceiling. The room gets a ton of sunlight in the morning and mid-day. The closet is not in the room, but is very close (in the entrance hallway right next to the sunroom). not furnished, everything in the room will go! There is parking in behind the apartment reserved for people in the duplex, and there&#;s always enough room. There&#;s also a washer and dryer in the basement.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
