I am looking for a renter to take on the lease. This is a great location for students taking classes for the summer, The University of Minnesota is right across the street! Being near the University, public transportation is super convenient.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms shared with their own separate bathrooms. Three of the four roommates are moving out and would like to transfer the lease. If you have a group of two or three, come check out the place!
