I am looking to fill 1 last room in a lodging style unit of a Dinkytown house. The house is located within 🚶 walking distance of Dinkytown, just 2 blocks from the Dinkytown Target. The room available is located on the third floor of the house, and although the house has other residents, the third floor is set up as a “lodge†with its own key code, meaning that we’ll have our own common area, kitchen, and bathroom. A washer and dryer unit is offered within the house, as well as two additional bathrooms downstairs. Outdoor parking spots are available for purchase in the lot behind the house, ($ for a single spot and $ for double) and there is plenty of free street parking around the neighborhood. Although the house is a little older, as most houses in Dinky are, it is been a really positive living space for me!
The available room is priced at $ a month. The room is spacious and has plenty of closet space, so sharing the room is definitely an option! There is a double occupancy fee of $ dollars a month to share the room, if that is something you are interested in. The cost of utilities is included in rent (heating, 💡electric, garbage, etc.) and the only additional cost is wi-fi, which will be split between 3rd floor residents (about $ extra per month). The folks at Dinkytown Rentals are friendly, respond quickly, and perform maintenance requests in a ⌚timely manner.
A little about your potential roommates: My name is Katlyn, and I will be sharing a room with my 💕 👨 boyfriend Dylan. There are also as 2 ladies signed (Nooira and Mia) and 1 👨 guy signed (Griffin) who all will have with their own individual rooms. We are looking for laid back people, as we’re all pretty focused on school. That being said, we do also like to go out occasionally. We all hope to meet up prior to move in to discuss some house rules. Basically to make a plan for keeping our common area space secure and presentable. We also plan on having a 3rd floor group chat to maintain these expectations/have a place to address any concerns, as well as to stay in touch.
