Mar 2019: We love our apartment, and so does our pitbull pup! The service here and accommodations are amazing. Our unit has high end appliances, sinks, etc. The building is professionally cleaned every day, and all of the staff are so friendly and interactive. It is hands down the best for pet owners, especially those usually affected by breed restrictions. There is an indoor dog park for those really cold Minnesota days as well as a professional style dog washing room. The only negative is the price - it is definitely out of range for most budgets. Feb 2019: My boyfriend and I worked with Roxxie to find our next home at 22 on the River, and we wanted to pass on a note to say how appreciative we are for her help! It's the perfect location for us, it is extremely dog friendly, and has a lot of amenities we love, but we had to look a bit to find a layout that worked for us size-wise and price-wise. Roxxie helped us by communicating all of our options to us within our wants/needs, responded quickly to us when we had questions, all while being fun and patient the entire time! She’s awesome and I have never worked with such a pleasant leasing specialist before, so thank you again Roxxie and 22 on the River! Review from Google
Feb 2019: Awesome place to live, very quiet the staff are amazing they give you the home feeling and there always eager to help with anything. If you have a question or maintenance issue Dick is the greatest! He's always there with a smile and a positive word. I moved here because I was sick of the Woodbury-MPLS commute - now I am 8/10 mile from office! Wain or cold today? No prob, Junction Flats is right on the LightRail! I have a dog and she just loves the dog park and interacting with puppies. Dog park provides plenty of room for your pet to run and enjoy out on a (real) grass lawn. Overall a great place to live in the North Loop of MPLS. My apartment is amazing with a great view of the skyline and horizon. Review from Google
Nov 2018: Multiple promises were made for money to get taken out of my account for the relet fee, and it never was, no apologies were given, now I am required to come up with the next months rent in addition to coming up with another $350 for the relet fee as rent has already been withdrawn ( on 11/27 ) before the lease can be sent over. this is crazy. I had the money in the account 2 weeks ago and it was put in 3 days after I was informed that The Knoll found a potential subletter. After that I received no communication from the Knoll on why the money wasn't taken out. In my email I asked for all the steps in the process and I was just informed that I need to pay $350 . Very unclear and confusing, didn't feel like trying to get straight answers after that. Review from Google
Nov 2018: TL; DR: If you are a light sleeper this place is not for you. There are also issues with building cleanliness and responsiveness to residents (just ask for Property Manager’s written responses to complaints from last Complex-wide meeting, not much has changed). Beware of gift cards. Amenities are top notch when working. ----------------- I realized immediately after moving in this summer the place has little to no sound insulation. This is especially problematic given the light rail / multiple construction projects next door and numerous dogs in the complex. I find it very difficult to sleep here, even with ear plugs. The office staff told me to buy some heavy curtains, which did not help. They let me tour the more expensive tower units which have somewhat better window construction but "the guts of the building are the same" (per the Prope Review from Google
Nov 2018: We really miss our home Como Villa. It was a nice area, lake across the street, for walking, bike riding, running, and jogging exercise. Como zoo is walking, and bus distance. Clean and quiet building. Dan the property manager was awesome. Due to the lost of jobs me and my husband had to abandon our unit 🙁. And was left with unpaid rent. I lived there from 2012-2015, rent was affordable, well maintenance, and a peaceful place to live. I would live there again if they gave me another chance after debt is paid off😎👍👍👍👍. Review from Google
Oct 2018: Would give a zero if possible. No-one who answers the phone or is available in an EMERGENCY. AND- don't APOLOGIZE LIKE YOU HAVE EVERYONE ELSE ON HERE SAYING "YOU DO YOUR BEST TO PROVIDE THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE"--- YOU DO NOT DO YOUR BEST. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. It is a beautiful place to live but the way it is managed is horrible. A future renter may think these reviews are no big deal-- but when there is a problem, it becomes a big deal. There is no accountablity for their lack of follow up and nothing seems to change. It is very expensive to live here-- this needs to change. Review from Google
Oct 2018: Rudest leasing officer ever!! Do not live here if you have a choice!! I repeat, do not live here!! When our lease ended we got out of there as fast as we could. We cleaned the apartment to like if no one had lived there before, and painted the whole living room wall before moved out. And then to find ourselves being charged of 500 bucks of cleaning fee!! 500 bucks!!! And greediest landlord and management ever!!!!!!! Review from Google

Sep 2018: honestly a decent apartment, but lack management. maintenance takes forever to fix a request. no one's ever at the front desk, so packages are hard to pick up. phone calls are never answered and "get back to." overall, poor communication and structure. Review from Google
Sep 2018: I moved into the Link in the beginning of August and have loved it since I have moved in. The fitness center is one of the nicest (if not the nicest) facility you will see in an apartment complex. I have also made many friends within the Link community because of the rooftop hot tub and the community room. On top of a great facility, the employees are very nice and friendly. They know nearly every resident by name and really make the community feel more like family!! Review from Google
Sep 2018: The spaces are nice, the location is great for students, any attempt at communication with the staff about issues of rent are terrible. My partner was charged additional rent charges and was not informed and then when she asked about them she was informed that she was also being charged late fees. Terrible service, shame too, it's a nice place to live otherwise. Review from Google
Sep 2018: Amazing experience during showing and signing the lease. Jamie did an amazing job, ask for her. Also this place has the best dog area in North Loop. If you’re a dog person, lease here. Great finish out and amenities for the price. Review from Google
Aug 2018: Beautiful building, great amenities. Good location and views. Love that it’s within walking to Surly. Nice sound insulation- can’t hear anyone next door. Nice covered parking. Review from Google
Aug 2018: Moved in a little over a week ago, and I love it! The staff goes out of their way to know you, and they're all so friendly. Everything is brand new. I've never seen any other apartment with the kinds of cool amenities they have here. The location is also great. Highly recommend! Review from Google
Aug 2018: The Link is a very luxurious apartment with very good pricing. The amenities are absolutely insane and the staff there is extremely helpful, intelligent, and kind; namely the employees Nick, Nate, Hayley, Ben, Leah, and Tanner. They are willing to wait on residents hand and foot and are very personable. Of all the choices of places to live on or near my campus, the Link is easily head and shoulders above every other complex in every single way. Review from Google
Aug 2018: No one ever answers the phone. No one ever answers emails. Does anyone actually run this place? I don't think so. I moved out of Minneapolis and was being charged the wrong amount on my rent for MONTHS. I called countless times and sent emails, but no one hardly ever answered or responded. When I did get through to someone, they would quickly apologize and say that they'd fix my rent right away, but nothing ever happened. I finally had to ask a friend who lived in Minneapolis go to the front desk and tell them to call me. It took them about three months to finally charge me the right amount on rent, all while I was occurring late fees for their mistake, which I am now am forced to pay. Unbelievable. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for a place to live. Review from Google
Jul 2018: I lived here for 3 years, and would have stayed here for many more if continuing my education didn't mean leaving the state. There is not much I can add that hasn't been said already, but what I can say is not many apartments have property management as amazing as Kristin. She is straight forward, friendly, and truly respectful of all her tenants. It was a pleasure to see her smiling face when arriving home all these years. Maintenance was always quick to respond to requests, efficient, and courtesy. The building boasts magnificent views and excellent amenities, and all at a very competitive price point. Thornton Place is close enough to campus for students, but far enough away to be quiet and suitable for non students as well. All in all I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place in the area.
Jul 2018: The best place I have lived in the US! A very well maintained place, price-size relation is excellent considering all utilities and WIFI are included. A very diverse, active and engaged community. Is a paradise for a Family with kids, lots of parks, safe environment and loads of friends to play with. Staff is always willing to help and they organize activities for the CSCC community very often, for all ages. Living at CSCC is a life experience you can't miss. Review from Google
Jun 2018: I really loved living here! The administrative staff are very friendly and the maintenance staff are very responsive to maintenance requests. I loved the community feel here too. It is very family oriented with plenty of grass to play on, playgrounds, and BBQ grills. The landscaping is well kept year round, there are always plenty of fun activities put on for residents, it's close to campus, and one of the cheapest family student housing places to live. I made a lot of friends while living here and was sad when it was time to leave. I would highly recommend this place to student families. Review from Google
May 2018: We lived in CSCC from 2016-2018 and loved our experience. We weren't able to visit prior to moving in, and we weren't exactly sure what it would be like (even though their website has lots of info and videos), but we were pleasantly surprised. The apartment was immaculate when we moved in, and the windows and carpet were all new. Some of the things we loved about CSCC were: the co-op experience (we really felt like we got to know our neighbors better than at other apartment complexes we've lived in in the past), the playgrounds, the maintenance staff (so friendly, efficient, and thorough), the office staff, the community activities (e.g., cooking classes, parties, etc.), etc. We just moved out and will really miss CSCC. May 2018: I have never written a review, but I feel that it is important that people are aware of what they are getting into. I would agree with every single post about "The Arrow," aka Prime Place. Upon move in (which was delayed every week for a month), our apartment was filthy with construction dust that has never been cleaned. Inappropriate things were written in dust on our windows. There are scratches on almost all the cabinets, orange paint on the kitchen floor, and overall things are ready to fall apart throughout the entire apartment. It is not at all what the pictures portray. It is clear that construction was extremely rushed immediately upon entering the room. Parts of our kitchen island have fallen off and it seems that every piece of wood in the apartment was not measured (1+ inch gaps and overhangs throughout the entire three bedroom apar Review from Google
Apr 2018: Seriously don’t consider getting a place here. I just got an email from this place letting me know that the room I had planned to stay in is now unavailable a day before I was to move in. They offered me a chance to stay in a shared room instead, being a 26 year old veteran student it’s important for me to have private space. If you are considering signing a least with these guys are a parent don’t do it. Unprofessional and unreliable. Do this only as the last possible choice. Hope his helped and god bless. Review from Google
Apr 2018: The Station is such a wonderful place! Cydnee has been so kind and helpful. can't come up with enough words to fully encapsulate how awesome she is. Review from Google
Apr 2018: I would highly recommend the Station if you’re looking for somewhere to live! I’ve only ever had positive interactions with the office staff. I found Jill to be really helpful on numerous occasions! Review from Google
Apr 2018: Safe and secure. Great cooperative membership benefits and a great community. Review from Google
