Hi everyone, I currently live in Bierman Place Apartments, and I am looking for someone to sublease my room from June to mid-August!
The apartment I live in has four bedrooms and two bathrooms so you would be getting your own room. The furniture (bed, desk, closet) seen on the bedroom is provided, and the bed is an extra long twin. Additionally, the is storage below the bed as well.
The apartment build has a front desk that is staffed Monday through Saturday. It is at this desk that they check your packages, and where you would pick them up. There is also a mailbox for the apartment that you would share your three roommates. The building has laundry rooms on each floor, and it costs 0. cents a load. If you would like to have a place to park your car, Bierman has above and below ground parking that you can apply for as well. Each bedroom in the apartment has a heater, and the unit has air conditioning too.
Bierman Place Apartments is in a great location. It is right in the middle of Dinkytown and near the University of Minnesota’s campus. Furthermore, the apartment is near many 🚍 bus stops, and light rail stops. This makes it very easy to commute throughout the city.
The rent is $, and I would be willing to chip in and pay some of the cost each month.
