Hello! I have a fully furnishedprivate bedroom available to sublease between May th (or a later date if preferred) and August 3rd. May and August rent will be already PAID. The bedroom is a part of a large 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment at Argyle Apartments in Stadium Village.
Argyle Apartments is a great place to live since it is right next to many 🍔 restaurants and coffee shops and only a 4 minute 🚶 walk away from a light rail station, Metro 🚍 bus station, and UMN Campus 🚍 bus station. It takes me about 7 minutes to 🚶 walk to campus. There is a fitness center, laundry facility, a fenced courtyard with a place to 🍔 grill, a computer room, and private study rooms. Each room has a very large closet as well and there is plenty of storage throughout the apartment.
Rent is $ a month and the only utility you have to pay for is 💡electricity which averages about 7 dollars a month per person. I am willing to negotiate the price of rent down. There is also another private bedroom within the unit that needs a subletter so if you have a friend that needs a room that you want to live with you can!
