I&#;m looking to relet my apartment at North ASAP, 👩 females preferred. The place is really nice and I&#;ve enjoyed living there for the past year and a half. The management is very helpful, and there are a ton of amenities on site. It&#;s also right by a green line stop so it&#;s a very convenient location!
It&#;s the 4 bedroom, 2 bath floor style. The rooms come pre-furnished. My room is the one furthest from the door, so it&#;s a little more private than the other rooms in our apartment. My roommate is also looking to relet her half, so you could live with a friend if you have someone in mind. Renting both sides of the room for complete privacy would also be possible!
My remaining roommates in the other bedroom are both two quiet👩 girls who keep mostly to themselves. They&#;re easy to get along with!
I have a discounted rate on the room, so the rent comes to $ a month. December is already paid for, so depending on when you&#;d like to move in you could get some days rent-free!
