I am looking to relet my fully-furnished apartment in 44 North, starting from the beginning of the lease on August 7th, 2021 and carrying on until the conclusion of the lease on August 8th, 2022. The baseline rent for the D1 apartment plan at 44 North is currently $740 a month, but, because I renewed the lease early, rent has been discounted significantly to $590 per month (not including 💡electricity and utilities.) This is $150 less than the standard price!
The two-bathroom, four-bed apartment is divided into four sections (A through D); the incoming renter will occupy section D. Section C is occupied by a quiet, organized 👨 maleroommate who will be also be living there during the 2021-2022 term. Another 👨 male will be occupying section A, in the opposite room. The bedroom features a shared bathroom/shower with two individual sinks.
The apartment features a spacious kitchen with up-to-date appliances, a living room (with a 📺 tv), immediate access to the patio, and very close indoor proximity to the fitness center.
The apartment is also within very close proximity (approximately a two minute 🚶 walk) to both the Fresh Thyme supermarket and the Prospect Park Light Rail station, which provides a fast commute to the University of Minnesota. The university is also in reasonable 🚶 walking distance (it takes approximately fifteen to twenty minutes to 🚶 walk to campus.)
