The apartment is at in Dinkytown near the University of Minnesota- Twin Cities campus and you would be sharing a furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. I am willing to include a parking spot located at the residence for free, making the total for both rent and parking $ per month plus utilities.
