Apr 2019: Been living here 2 month with my wife. Neighbors are kind of loud at times but it might be because we are in the front however never a peep in the quiet hours. Which is awesome to have respectable neighbors these days. Management is top notch, will help with any and everything. Entire complex has been redone. We have new carpet, paint, flooring everything! Onsite maintenance guys are really nice, easy to get along with and friendly and fast. Fixed my toilet while i was at work and didn't even notice they were there and followed up to make sure it was working. 4/5 because there is a sliding glass door to the breezeway but for the price, we don't mind it. Sep 2018: I love it here and since the office staff has changed it's been wonderful to be able to walk in the office and not get an attitude with the staff. I love my apartment and the pool. Thanks Sheila for always helping me out, we also have a new manager I have not been able to meet her yet but I will say I like the improvements around the complex that she is doing! Sep 2018: Absolutely one of the worst places you can live. Management does not care at all and won't do anything to help you. Maintenance can't fix anything and things break all of the time so. Got attitude from her from the start and at the end of the conversation as I said thank you and goodbye I was hung up on! Seriously no confrontations occurred during this call so not sure where this came from. Oct 2016: If I could rate this apartment experience less than 1 star, I would. I have been so disgusted with my experience here thus far. I have lived at multiple complexes over the years and this is by far the worst.
It started with our application process. At first, Beverly at the front desk seemed nice but then the issues started. She kept misgendering my boyfriend and then drilled all of us about our incomes and jobs in a very demeaning way - even asking us if she wanted her to help us find other jobs. It was completely unacceptable, especially considering we met the rent requirements.
Then the deposit amount changed three times, even after we had paid the deposit. Forget about appealing to the leasing manager, because Georgia and Beverly are friends and will stick up for one another even if you've been treated unfairly. We were even told by Geo Review from GoogleSep 2015: Horrible Horrible Horrible Staff and Place to live. They often have roaches in the apartments although they do send in pest control maybe once a month or so. The two office ladies (Beverly and Georgia) can be VERY RUDE, especially Beverley. She often appears to be intoxicated, high on some type of drugs (prescription or illegal) that causes her to be lethargic, often.
Here is the one of the BIG KICKERS . . . . you WILL NOT receiver you DEPOSIT BACK from them. They will hike up charges and allege that your apartment was not clean to satisfaction, despite not having any type of itemized list to show you costs for damages (e.g., dirty carpet = $90, missing door knobs = $40, wall damages = $75, etc.), they will just tell you that you will not receive your entire deposit.

They helped us through the application process and I was comforted that we needed to go through a background check. The apartment was clean and ready to move in. My daughters are really excited about the apartment and love Beverly. The apartment looks great and is at a reasonable price. Well maintain property also.
Review from 1/17/15 on Apartment RatingsMay 2014: As a student the location of the apartments were great with major supermarkets within close distance and other stores close by it made any trip convenient. The maintenacne crew are friendly and perform regular maintenance to the units as if they were taking care of their own unit. I am impressed with the proactive/reactive approach that management has taken. If your looking for a rental look no further.

My fiancee and I are moving into a house and starting the next phase of our lives, but this apartment complex was the perfect stop-gap in between living with roommates and testing the waters of having a place of our own. When I was initially looking for vacancies, the 'Heights kept coming up again and again. Taking that into consideration, I stopped in and toured a couple units; within almost no time, I was signing the lease for a 1,000 square foot two-bedroom on the third story, sharing the floor with only one other one-bedroom unit.
