Apr 2018: Great location in the heart of downtown. Quick and easy access to campus. Spacious rooms. Common areas well-kept and rarely issues with elevator.

Jul 2016: In my sons's 3 years in Athens this has been by far the worst apartment unit we have rented. We went thru Rent Athens and the HOA is Parker & Parker...when a problem occurs neither wants to be accountable so the renter is left to just deal with the issues until it is resolved. In the year he has been there the elevator has gone out numerous times with it being out now over a month for repairs. Move out is in a few days and we still have no answers if the elevator will be operational not to mention he's on the 9th floor. During the down times of elevator we have made numerous complaints of animal feces and urine in the stairwell with neither wanting to be accountable for this issue.
