Mar 2018: I know a couple people who live at the townhomes at river club, and I have heard good things. The price is good for the rooms and amenities offered. Review from Google
Mar 2018: Do you enjoy random people entering your townhome every week? Do you enjoy only having a few hours notice for these inspections? Are killing bugs and having outdated appliances your cup of tea? If you answered yes to any of these questions, River Club is just the place for you! River Club Townhomes truly have it all. One of my roommates even got stung by a scorpion in her room and she didn't even have to pay extra! Despite all the two amenities offered, my favorite thing by far about this community are the rude emails from management you get every once in a while. It's like opening a present on Christmas morning (only this present is wrapped in vague aggression and broken promises). If you get the same feeling of joy as I do when I pay tons of money for less than adequate living conditions, sign your lease today! Review from Google
Mar 2018: You really can't beat the rent at this place, but I honestly have not enjoyed living here at all. It's pretty far from campus, at least a ten minute drive, so for student living I've found it's not realistic unless you just stay at home all the time. The appliances are cheap (what you pay for I guess), our dryer and dishwasher have broken once before, and they will find any and every reason to enter your town home. It seems like we're having inspections at least once a month but yet nothing is still ever solved. The walls are also extremely thin so I wouldn't recommend living in the downstairs bedroom if you're sensitive to noise. Not signing with them again. Review from Google
Mar 2018: One of the best deals in Athens for student living. The townhomes are super nice and the staff there is amazing. They always have amazing give aways and community events. They also allow pets! Review from Google
Mar 2018: The Townhomes at River Club is just as nice as the River Club Apartments! The staff is always helpful and I like that they accept pets on their property. I have friends that live there and they enjoy the spacious rooms and the private bathrooms! Review from Google
Nov 2017: I lived here with two other roommates. Quiet atmosphere. Amenities are alright, but not many people use them. Also, half of the amenities aren't in our complex, they are at the River Club Apartments about a mile away. Maintenance is helpful, but front desk is not. EXTREME PEST PROBLEM. I put in multiple work orders for finding bugs (scorpions, cockroaches, gnats) and all they told me was to wait for pest control who only comes on Thursdays. After "pest control visited our apartment" we were hit with a severe gnat problem... Was told pest control was coming only on Thursdays and I BEGGED River Club to take other precautions and they did not. My sister lived in the River Club Apartments, they didn't believe her when she called and told them about the bugs. She ended up having bed bugs and had to bomb the whole house and they had to stay in the Review from Google
Oct 2017: To reiterate this is my time at the River Club Townhomes in 2014-2015. Having 4 people in a 4 bed / 4 bath is a really great deal. I enjoyed my time at the River Club wishing I had spent more time with their pool amenities. Also a great price when I was there. House wise - 4.5/5 If you move in with tenants that are renewing their lease your house will most likely be not as clean. Customer Service - 5/5 Every time I put in a work order from small to large things it was addressed within 2 business days - and fixed. Appliances - 4.25/5 At my time they were not super new and showed some age and use. The same goes for the floor conditions. Review from Google
Jul 2017: I love it here. Very nice and quiet haven't had any problems. I do wish there were more community events. I've lived in other complexes where community events happened often and I kind of miss that. Review from Google

Dec 2016: Be wary of management. Su claimed she contacted me multiple times about a remaining balance. I ensured that she had the correct email, phone and address on file. She claimed to have called me multiple times, emailed me and sent me snail mail over the course of months. I checked my phone records with my carrier, checked all my folders on my email, and I check my mailbox everyday. I did not receive a message until she contacted my guarantor threatening to send my remaining balance (with an additional fee) to collections. When confronted about this, she admitted that she charges lots of people with this charge and if she "took my word that I had not received notice of the balance [and took off the $50 fee] then her job would be threatened. When I confronted her about having no record of calling me about this balance she told me she wan't going to Review from Google
Aug 2016: This place looks great until you move in. When we first moved here the place was filthy. We found a salamander in the closet and dead bugs everywhere. When we called about it they said they wouldn't do anything about it and it wasn't their responsibility but the people who had lived there before. The office staff busts into your townhome with little to no warning. It's not really a community like you want when you're in college, people just..live there. The housing manager isn't the best person I've ever met, and when you move out they tack on fees depending on the cleanliness of how you leave things which is normal, except when we moved in it wasn't "their responsibility" overall this place is not somewhere you should spend the amount they are charging to live or even close. There are way better places. Save some money and get some privacy li Review from Google
