The 3 other tenants are 2 👨 male and 1 👩 female young professionals. All leases are individual for your bedroom. Furnished common space and kitchen are shared among all tenants; one bathroom is shared with between two bedrooms upstairs and one between the 2 bedrooms downstairs. The open bedroom is downstairs and shares a bathroom with a 👨 male.
Layout allows for much privacy with common areas on middle floor between the other two stories.
Rent is $ per room with one month security deposit. Application fee is $ and includes background check. Lease can start late July or early August (potentially earlier if needed) and will be a year lease.
