I need someone to take over my sublease by February at Hunters run rd. Rent is a month ( divided by 3 people) for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. I share the house with another couple who are also students. Bathroom/bedroom is private, and the kitchen/laundry/living room is shared. Already furnished and with pots/pans, dishes--everything you need. I am moving out because I got a job in Housing at UGA. The couple owns 2 cats and a small dog but they don&#;t have to be in your room if you don&#;t want them to. Really nice place close to campus. Athens transit can take you to and from UGA if you need transport.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
