Jun 2019: Superb three years there. Great location, good rent prices, large apartments. Amber, the property manager, is one of the nicest people I've ever met.
Only downsides are the carpets, which can be old, and that some units don't get a ton of natural light.

May 2019: This is the best apartment I've stayed in my whole life and I've moved around a LOT. The location is amazing for the price you pay as the apartments are right off Baxter and within walking distance to the University of Georgia campus. The management is very responsive and Amber is always more than happy to help with any problems tenants may have. The maintenance of the apartments is spectacular and even though there are bugs in Georgia, I haven't had any problems with that at all! I'm going to miss this place so much and if I'm ever back in Athens, this is where I'll be staying! Review from GoogleJun 2018: Loved calling Bromsgrove my home for two years! The location, the management and the apartments are all something you wouldn’t get elsewhere in Athens for the price you pay here. The management was responsive, helpful and super friendly for the full two years I lived here. They really take care of you! The maintenance guys - especially Alfredo, need a shout out for being so awesome and quick and handling all our problems with a smile on their faces! I couldn’t recommend this place more.

I am so thankful I never have to see any of these pathetic excuses for humanity again. They tried to screw me out of my deposit because of a single hair on the back of a toilet. They also never came to fix what they were supposed to. They lied to my face about many things. The guy who runs it is the ultimate of scumbags, and karma will catch up to him and his pathetic family eventually.
Review from 6/1/17 on Google Dec 2016: I lived here for the 2015-2016 school year. Amber, the Property Manager, is kind and understanding. She knows everyone by name and does a great job keeping everything in order. Maintenance is prompt--we had problems with our oven one day and within 10 minutes Alfredo had replaced it. I have not experienced customer service/responsiveness like this at any other apartment complex.
The units are older, we didn't have a dishwasher (though some units do), and we didn't have a washer/dryer (but there are hook ups), but this was by far the best apartment complex that I have lived in. Great location--you can walk to campus, downtown, it's less than a 5 minutes away from Kroger, there are a lot of restaurants close by. Review from Google Nov 2016: Nice, family owned apartments
The same individual who processed my request to live here is the one that I interact with for general apartment business. It is nice that the office is right on site and if any problems were to occur, I am familiar with who I will be in touch with. That familiarity vibe extends to the maintenance crew the apartments employ. The work orders/maintenance requests are answered promptly (within 1-2 days). You must submit during the working week M-Th or they will not be done on weekends, so as long as you do that you should be satisfied!
The location is right off of Baxter St. so it is near 3 different pizza companies, Jimmy Johns, Coin Laundry, Red & Black Newspaper and is about a 5 min walk from Tate Student Center. Review from 11/3/16 on Google Aug 2016: Lived here from August 2014-May 2015. Management is fantastic and helpful, Amber especially. All maintenance requests were fixed within a day or two. The area is quiet and convenient for getting to anywhere in town, as its located in the center of Milledge, the UGA campus, and downtown. The staff were a welcome change to those I encountered at other apartments I lived in prior to Bromsgrove, and I can't recommend it enough. Review from Google
