Oct 2017: The mail room is almost always closed early, sometimes hours early,
and without notice with just a note on the door citing, 'team building.' They shouldn't close early and if they absolutely need to they should send an email to residents a day in advance. It has happened to me a dozen times that I go to pick up a package only to find out they are closed 20 minutes early for no reason (this especially happens on weekends) or hours early for, 'team building.'
Secondly they are constantly sending people into the apartments for checks, routine maintenance and various other reasons. They give you huge time and date ranges when this will occur so they will say, 'sometime in the next 3 days between the hours of 10am and 6pm someone will be coming to check on...' Mar 2014: Good location, a great secure place to live. The three times that minor things (light, bathtub and sink) have been broken, they have fixed it withing 24 hours. Definitely on the pricy side, but has been well worth it for me.
