Jun 2019: Very friendly staff! Evan has seriously been one of the most helpful and kind staff members I have ever interacted with. When he knew of my AC problem, he went to every length to get it fixed and gave me email updates on the status of the status of the repair. At first glance, the multi-colored buildings and its amenities are very aesthetically pleasing and tasteful. The friendly staff, the proper upkeep of the property, the consistent and timely maintenance, and the constant concern for residents and their needs is by far hard to beat. I have heard of very few, if any at all, apartment complexes whose staff are so attentive and responsive to their residents. To an already beautiful property, they continue to strive to keep renovating and improving things such as a brand new beautiful grill area, new lighting fixtures, carpet hall replacements in process, and hosting monthly events at the clubhouse or office that are actually enticing to residents and worth attending! I could not be more thrilled and lucky to live at this property and recommend to anyone looking to have a positive living experience! Review from Google
Feb 2019: Enjoyed staying here. Surrounding area is nice and location is great for students like myself. Management responded reasonably quickly, no complaints there. A little pricey, but the apartments are nice. Main complaint would be about hallways -- they did not look good. Again, this place is expensive.

Apr 2016: Multi-year resident with plenty of positive experience with both the leasing office and also the maintenance staff. Great proximity to UF and also a phenomenal apartment complex overall. Review from GoogleApr 2015: RUDEST PEOPLE EVER. A couple weeks ago, I my parked my car in their visitor parking so I could visit my friend who lives here. She was meeting me at the side entrance of the complex so I walked around and met her there. While this was happening, a maintenance worker watched me leave and reported to the office that I was "misusing their visitor parking" as he thought I was parking there and walking to the UF campus. The office proceeded to tow my car and later refused to reimburse me for the towing even after the friend I was visiting came down to defend me. While I was able to get reimbursed for $30 of the $100 towing fee, it was only after I complained to higher management that I was reimbursed. Apr 2013: The office staff are amazing, they're so nice. There's always some activities going around the complex, plus, the complex is always clean, and it is pet friendly.
