Sep 2019: Rented a room in a 4*4 apartment FURNISHED. But there is no furniture in the room for almost 3 weeks now. No bed, no functional shower...

Aug 2019: The complex looks clean. There are many parking spots. There is a pool (which seemed clean every time I went there).
Some of the neighbors are very kind.

I moved in this year and there have been signs posted on every building that it was not allowing pets on property. The previous owner also gave me a handout about the HOA's rules on patios. They do allow patio furniture, plants, satellite dishes, and bicycles. I have not had any problems with the windows and no problems with any of the residence having fines. Dec 2013: It WAS a nice place to live until the new Condo Association decided to go crazy with the rules. They've been handing out rules for having anything on our porch (What is a porch without chairs?), not having blinds up on the windows (Excuse me? It's not even my room), or blinds they believe aren't in "adequate" condition. The individual owner of the condo allowed me to have my dog there, but recently the association decided that they no longer will allow pets... Which is the reason I moved there. This association also does not understand the concept of giving people a grace period in fixing these "association violations" and demands immediate compliance, fining you $100 a day with a maximum fine of $1,000.
