Jul 2021: BEWARE of American Campus Communities lease practices. They were sued in class action litigation and lost. They market University Club as a monthly payment of $594, but then charge a full month at the beginning or end of a lease, and only allow a few days of occupancy in that respective month. At the University Club Apartments we are paying $594 for the month of August, and are not allowed to move in until August 20, 2021. This is deceptive and they lost in the court over this practice. They continue this practice even after losing in court, by changing the nomenclature from "month" to "installment". Stay away from this crooked company.
Apr 2019: This company consists of thievery. The management are money-hungry and they will do everything in their power to empty your pockets clean. don't live here. Review from Google

Feb 2019: This is by far the best student living apartment complex in Gainesville. I could not imagine living anywhere else. The units themselves are sparking clean when you move in. The landscaping is beautiful. Your trash gets picked up for you when you hang it on the hook outside your door. The gym has treadmills, elliptical machines, dumbbells, and a good selection of weight machines. The pool is kept very clean and there are plenty of lounge chairs to relax or do homework. Maintenance responds to your requests the same day or the next day at the very latest. It is so easy to pick up packages. The bus system is great, so many buses go by this apartment complex. U Club hosts multiple events throughout the semesters with free food, prizes, etc. All of this is great, but what makes this apartment complex the best is the PEOPLE. Average people do not Review from Google
Feb 2019: I love living here and the lady named Nadira G. is always so helpful! Review from Google
Jan 2019: I’ve reviewed UClub on some other platform before but felt the need to drop another review so more people can hear about the complex, especially while looking for ‘19-20 housing. UClub is an incredible deal for everything you receive. Apartments are furnished, most are updated, the common room is spacious and comfortable, in-unit laundry, own bedroom/bath, trash service (hang on-hook outside of your front door!), utilities included, apartment gym, free printing, pool, etc. The front office is always friendly and attentive. It’s a smaller complex so it doesn’t take a long time to get to the busses. There are 5 bus routes that drive past which is awesome, including a later gator. It’s a 5 minute drive to campus which is also convenient. One thing I hear many people complain about in own apartment complexes are poor maintenance services Review from Google
Jun 2018: University Club is a very nice place to live. The staff and management are some of the nicest people I've ever met, even more so than Florida Cicerones. Their online portal makes paying the bills and putting in work orders convenient. Work orders and emails are received and evaluated the day they are sent. They offer the best prices for 4x4's in Gainesville. The rooms are relatively new and very spacious. The center area has no hallways so space is used efficiently, making it great for inviting friends over. All the furnishings are clean and new as well. I have renewed my lease and I suggest you get yours here too. Review from Google
Jan 2018: After being her for two years, I couldn’t ask for a better place to live. The in-house staff are always pleasant and willing go above and beyond for the residents and maintenance is always handled quickly and efficiently if needed as well. Not often can people say they’ve become friends with the employees within their apartment complex. I definitely would recommend to anyone who is searching for good amenities and an enjoyable living experience for a great price. Review from Google

Jan 2018: I absolutely love University Club Apartments! First of all, the units themselves are beautiful. The whole place is fully furnished. The individual rooms are spacious and have bathrooms attached, which are also roomy. I like the decor as well. The living room comes with a smart TV which I loved! Staff here is super friendly. They always send out reminders via email or letter so it’s easy to keep updated. Any time there was a problem within our apartment, maintenance staff arrived quickly and fixed it. There are never any loud noises outside or in the other units so it’s very peaceful. The bus schedule is incredible! Route 9 and route 35 were the two that I used most frequently and they have buses running every 10 minutes. Route 9 keeps going back and forth from U-Club to campus until around midnight. Overall, this place is incredible and I Review from Google
Jan 2018: I've been here one semester and I can honestly say it is great! The complex is always clean, the staff is always kind, helpful, and friendly, and work orders/ inquiries are always dealt with quickly and efficiently. The apartment feels spacious and comfortable, and we are only a ten minute bus ride away from campus. Review from Google
Jan 2018: I really like living at University Club. The apartments are pretty clean when you move in, work orders are completed fairly quickly, there's free coffee and sometimes snacks in the front office, we have 5 available bus routes and getting to campus only takes 10-15 minutes. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is because its easy to get utility overages with the vaulted ceilings on the second floor (although I also really like the vaulted ceilings since it makes the living room feel a lot bigger). Also, my apartment doesn't get too much natural lighting through it and every year, the rent goes up a little. Otherwise, I love living here and would highly recommend it. Review from Google
Jan 2018: I can honestly say I love living at UClub because the staff is super attentive and the amenities are really cute. If there is ever an issue with the apartment it gets fixed quickly. Also the staff is super nice and in a cheery disposition. The apartment itself is spacious and the ground are well maintained. It really has been such a positive experience here. Review from Google
Jan 2018: The best apartment complex, the only apartment complex. This is the place to stay when attending UF. Only a couple miles away from the school. Plenty of buses pass by every 10 minutes. The people attending the front desk are actually friendly and helpful. The maintenance crew are very helpful and come immediately to attend to the apartment's needs. Free printing. Last but not least, private bathrooms. The end Review from Google
Jan 2018: I love living at University Club. The front desk is always nice and ready to help you with whatever you need. They have free coffee and other great amenities that I take advantage of all the time! Also, their maintenance team is incredible and will fix any work order almost immediately. The apartment itself is clean and spacious and I enjoy living here immensely. Review from Google
Feb 2017: I've lived here for a couple years now and I could not have found a better place to live! The staff is wonderful and although the appliances may be a little outdated, it still feels like home! If you're looking for a great place off campus I'd definitely recommend living here. It's a 10-15 minute bus ride to campus, depending on where you want to stop and traffic. There's also ample parking and the staff is always planning fun events! Review from 2/17/17 on Google
Feb 2017: This is my first year living here and it's been a great experience so far. The apartments are cozy and pretty nice and the living room is very spacious. The front office staff is always super nice and helpful. Also, maintenance is fast when you place a work order. The 24 hr gym is also great for when you feel like being active at 1:00 am. I would definitely recommend it to someone else. Review from 2/10/17 on Google
Feb 2017: This is my first year living off-campus and University Club has made it such a great experience. The staff are always friendly and willing to help in the office whether I'm dropping off a rent check or coming to pick up a package. If I ever need a work order put in, the maintenance staff usually comes out the next day to fix it, and they are always knowledgeable and friendly as well. The property is always kept clean and nice. Review from 2/3/17 on Google
Jan 2017: I've really enjoyed living here. The maintenance staff has quickly fixed the couple of minor problems we've had. I think the apartment itself is pretty spacious, especially being on the 2nd floor with vaulted ceilings. All of my roommates signed to stay another year, if that gives any indication, I would recommend living here. Review from 1/28/17 on Google
Nov 2016: Like everyone else has noticed, they charge unnecessarily for cleaning after you move out. They are clearly profiting from the "cleaning fee" because the people they pay to clean the apartments are definitely not getting paid "$20 for window sill cleaning fee" or whatever. Just an example of how dumb some of the charges can be, even though you and your roommates end up paying almost $50,000 for a unit that you cannot leave an ounce of dust within. You are basically paying half a month's rent after you move out. Also, for the monthly rate you pay, you could probably get a better deal in town, just saying. Review from 11/3/16 on Google
