Oct 2019: If I could give zero stars, I would! DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!!!!
We have been living here for three months and this is the most unorganized and unprofessional place I have lived in! We were suppose to get a four bedroom but they gave it to someone else without telling us. So the week we were suppose to move in, there wasn't a place for us. They got us into a three bedroom which worked out but absolutely nothing was done before we moved in! They said they would send painters and carpet cleaners to take care of that stuff while we were moving in and that didn't happen. They said they would replace broken floor tiles which still hasn't been done. Our AC froze over more than a month ago, I called the emergency maintenance line and the guy that answered was very rude and basically had an attitude of "don't bother me with this" told me how to temporarily fix it and said he would be out the next day to actually fix it Review from Google
Aug 2018: !! Worst apartments ever!!! Completely deceiving. I moved in recently and the first night of being in the apartment there were roaches. The manager said they spray for roaches every Tuesday....that's not an amenity, that's a problem!!! you offer to come every week because you know your apartments are infested. I spent my own money to call a professional, Terminix. Terminix said there was a infestation, this didn't happen over night. The floor was pulling up behind the refrigerator, there was evidence left behind from the previous tenants, toilette paper stuck in the holes of the corners, and i vacuumed for the first time and my vacuum cleaner was filthy!!! they did not replace the toilette seats, they said they don't do that because we can just clean them, that is so unsanitary!!! i wanted to break my lease due to inhabitable living conditions Review from Google

Nov 2017: Tivoli cares more about a few pennies than the safety of its tenants. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. A girl got raped here and the security cameras that were installed weren’t even running due to cost. They said they would “look into†getting them working, that it was a cost concern. Meanwhile you can set up 4 HD cameras with 3 days of storage for $300. Not even 2 weeks later my girlfriend’s bike was stolen; the chain was cut right off. Incredibly unsafe place to live. Review from GoogleAug 2017: Old, outdated, poorly insulated, cheap building materials, old gym equipment, constant turnover of employees. Rent is not that expensive if you have room mates and are hardly ever home it could be worth it to you. A lot of newer and modern places are luckily available now that are much safer and a lot more comfortable and closer to places in walking distance. Review from Google
Apr 2017: I am a University of Florida student mom. Our son has lived at Tivoli for four years. Tivoli is not modern or up to date. Tivoli is "nice enough" and "works". I love Tivoli overall. Fantastic location close to campus. Peaceful, rural and quiet for study and homework. We love living among the friendly people at Tivoli! Review from Google
Aug 2016: Lived there for 2 years till May 2015. PROS: Best value. Not unsafe, but always lock doors and bikes well. Pool's good enough! Maintenance was friendly and prompt. Good location, can quickly bus, drive, or bike to campus, and SNAP comes here! Great floor plans for college students. CONS: Gym needs an upgrade! Bugs!! You can't avoid them. Mold! - Insulation is poor is what I was told by maintenance, but something needs to be done. My family could sense the difference in air when they visited, and my incessant cough didn't go away until I moved. I'm a huge cleaner, but black on windows kept coming back and it appeared on shoes stowed away too. Review from GoogleAug 2016: We got our apartment in an extremely clean state and the management has been fairly responsive to things we wanted fixed (ex: garbage disposal). When I told him in advance I'd be late on a rent payment he even waved the late fee. The head maintenance guy seemed to care about our concerns and even replaced a thing or two I should have had to pay for throughout the year (ex: I broke my fan light container). Not perfect service but realistically good for the price and I will resign. I will note the walls are thin and be aware that the only place to dump your garbage is at the entrance to the complex!!
PS: I noticed a few people complaining about bugs and wanted to add I've not had any problems but that likely depends on the building you live in. Jul 2016: Super quiet property with really friendly staff. Pet friendly with restricted breeds so my yorkie is safe from any aggressive breeds. Loved all of the events at the clubhouse and pool like the pool parties to yoga classes. They even have pet parties!! The apartments are very big and the neighbors are really nice. A lot of mature med students because the location is so close to Shands and the Vet School. Really enjoy living here. Signed again for a 3rd year.
