They are both a one bed one bath in a 4x4 Derby unit, which comes fully furnished.
Price negotiable and willing to make a substantial discount from the rate we currently pay.
Includes access to the regular standard amenities such as the gym, 🕶️ tanning beds, and 🏊 pool. In addition we both also have VIP access keys which grant you access to the VIP club house/study rooms, VIP 🏊 pool and sauna. (not a VIP unit, nor priced like one)
My room specifically is also available all of the summer from the beginning of May to the end of July (Summer A, B, or C)

The Standard is the closest you can get to campus and so convenient! Theirs a target, bento, and chick fil a right under🎇neath and a publix and starbucks across the street
