I am looking for someone to take over my year long lease at The Pavilion on nd beginning August of this year. I am very flexible with my move out date. The lease take over is for a room in a 3 bed/3 bath apartment. The monthly cost is $/bedroom which includes utilities. (it has a cap where if utilities go over you can be charged but I rarely go over it). The apartment is leased by bedroom so any additional roommates would have to sign seperate leases and request you as a roommate. None of my current roommates are renewing so the other 2 bedrooms in the apartment can be requested if you have people you would want to move in with. The apartment is furnished and on the second floor. The apartment was newly renovated when I moved in 2 years ago and has a dishwasher, washer, dryer, and a patio.
