Hi, my roommate and I are subleasing our 2 rooms in a 3 bed and 3 bath at The Pavilion on nd. The apartment is about 3 miles from campus which ends up being a minute 🚌 bus ride to campus. You can sublease with a friend or by yourself, but we&#;d prefer to lease them together. The rent will be $(this includes utilities and water) for each room. The third room will be occupied by a 👩 female whom is usually quiet and keeps to herself. We would like move out by May 3rd or 4th, so these would be the 🏆best days for moving in or just handing off the key so you can move in later. You can stay for as long as you would like until August as we would like to move back in on this day. We can adjust August&#;s rent to be proportional to how long you stay.
