Subleasing my bedroom in a 3/3 apartment at The Nook complex off of Archer Road for the summer. Lease ends July st . Looking for someone to move in asap starting May 1st- July st (or even sooner! I paid already April so you wouldn&#;t have to pay). Possibility would be there for you to renew the lease and continue living there.

-Free parking, 5 mins to 🍕 food (+ trader joes, walmart, publix, etc.)
-Shared living space of living room and kitchen
-Utilities separate from rent, usually around $-$
