His 3 roommates are 🎇clean and considerate. The rent is $ with a $ monthly 💡electric cap. We have reduced the rent by $ per month since my 👨 son is ill and needs to leave the apartment mid-lease.
We will pay all fees for an approved applicant (including application fees) to transfer lease and get established as a resident at The Nook.
