My apartment is up for sublease for June and July and available for extension into fall. I will discount your rent to $ a month (taking $ off each month of rent). This includes all utilities. The Nook is pet-friendly, the staff are awesome, and the apartment is nice! All of my roommates have moved out and the entire apartment is empty until fall, meaning you would have the entire place to yourself for all summer.

The apartment is super close to everything in Gainesville; it&#;s a short 🚌 bus ride to campus ( minutes, tops!), and Target/Publix/Walmart are all 5 minutes away (seriously).
The only reason I&#;ve moved out is because I&#;m home working for the summer!
