The lease would start December 1st and end April th, with the option of resigning. Rent is $ a month. Utilities are not included and the unit is unfurnished.
The complex is consists of mostly graduate students and working professionals. It is extremely quiet and safe, with a 🌉 gated entry. Gym is open hours and the complex includes 2 tennis courts, a 🏊 pool, valet trash (they come to your front door!), a basketball court, and sand volleyball. Office has a printing suite, a 🕶️ tanning bed, and a rec room. Washer and dry are included with the unit!
