While it is a 5/1.5 lay out, only one of my roommates will be staying for the summer so it will essentially be a 2/1.5 for the summer. Apartment comes with includedutilities, they are capped, but even with 5 people living we rarely go over so with 2 people it should be no issue. Biggest perk is that the apartment is less than a 3 minute 🚶 walk from campus, so getting to and from classes is very easy even without a 🚴 bike or scooter.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
