Feb 2017: I lived at Social 28 last year and loved it! The open hallways were great for breezes and natural light, the amenities are amazing (the second floor pool alone is enough reason to live here) and the nicest, most helpful staff in all of Gainesville. Review from 2/08/2017 on Facebook
Jan 2017: The absolutely most corrupt management ever !!!
Nothing promised in the lease has been the TRUTH !! Run from this seriously "under construction " nightmare!! Being close to campus in this case is the ONLY positive !! Parking costs $200 a month and there is NO PARKING option other than this !!!! My car has been damaged parking via city parking decal and there is limited parking to begin with! Rent elsewhere is you value your sanity and want a place without crazy loud construction noise !! This place is not safe !!! I've lived here for 2 months now and the pool is still not open. The gym and my room flooded during a storm. Not a good development. They cheaped out while finishing the property so everything is some what broken. The staff however is really nice and do try to help but I would definitely not resign here. Sep 2016: So far, not so good. My daughter signed a lease for a year and we were really excited about the apartment. They were very friendly signing the lease. The building is very poorly constructed. The hallways are still not air conditioned, her apartment flooded (!), the dryer doesn't work, the walls have inadequate insulation. It's a mess.
