The apartment is fully furnished and recently renovated with modern furnishings and a very nice kitchen. You get to pay a significantly reduced price of a standard unit. In addition to having a new washer and dryer, the complex has two 🏊 pools, an on-site gym, business center for studying, and plenty of space for a car or scooter in its parking lot.
