I have a townhouse with a spare private bedroom/bathroom ready to sublease for summer (End of April to End of July). You will have great privacy. Bedroom is fully furnished - with a memory foam queen bed and study desk. Renovations were completed January . Shared areas include; living room, laundry room and kitchen. Utilities, AC, WiFi are included in the rent. It is located 5 miles from UF and it is on the 🚌 bus route.
