1. 🐕 pet friendly - There is plenty of outdoor space to 🚶 walk by yourself or with a pet, including a fully fenced doggy park centralized on the property. Lots of trees too.
2. Convenient location - To name a few; Kimball Wiles Elementary and Kanapaha Middle School are less than half a mile away (🚶 walking distance on the same road), across the street is Butler Plaza that includes Publix, a Mexican 🍔 restaurant, Chinese 🍔 restaurant, and a Subway, dry 🎇cleaners, UPS Store, tutoring facility, a bank and credit union, and liquor store to name a few. The apartment itself is directly above Domino’s off the intersection of Tower Rd. and Archer, which means it’s also above a coffee/brownie shop, Jax Ice Cream, Pro Nails, Dave’s NY Deli - South, and a jeweler. Within 🚶 walking distance without crossing traffic and in view, you have CVS and a Circle K.
3. Amenities of property - A gorgeous and well kept 🏊 pool area with plenty of seating and umbrellas as well as covered outdoor seating under fans. Directly outside this area and just on the other side of the iron fence is a 🍔 grilling area with brand new ⛽gas 🍔 grills (there are also 2 charcoal 🍔 grills and a table/seating right beside the doggy park w/umbrella). There is an indoor equity basketball court, 🏊 pool table w/cues, full tactical workout room w/equipment, and a common area with ample seating and a huge 📺 tv. All appliances are included as well - washer and dryer located upstairs inside apartment in the loft. YES THERES A HANDY LOFT!
4. Delivery for everything is possible - not only does Publix/Instacart deliver groceries for next to nothing, between BiteSquad and Uber Eats you can have anything in town brought to your door.
5. BENEFITS OF MOVING IN JUNE 1!!!!!! - Deposit will only be $ and you’ll have the option to continue lease without more due out of pocket. This would be the total I paid minus the 8 months I have been here. Upon leaving the apartment and the deposit is returned, you would only receive this $ back as I would get the rest for my input. This would be agreed to in a signed document unless one would want to settle on a different amount to be done with it. *TBD*
6. The sunrises are irreplaceable off the balcony.
