Dec 2017: My daughter just moved into this place. It looks clean and well-organized. Parking seems plentiful and not too tight. In speaking with the staff in the office, they seem pretty knowledgeable and helpful too. They made the moving in process pretty simple. Review from Google
Oct 2017: I just moved into Oxford Manor in a 2/2 a couple months ago and so far I love it! The staff is so friendly and helpful. They literally come to your door to see how everything is going and give out goodie bags! Also, if you have any maintenance problems, they send someone right away if you call the front office. The apartments are a bit older but all of my appliances were clean and in great shape when I moved in. I haven't had any major issues here. My only complaint is that the washer is really small so you have to do many loads of laundry, but its not too bad of a con considering how great everything else has been. Review from Google
Oct 2017: Utilities are extremely high, North of $100 per person in their 2/2 apartments. Usually around $60-80 per person in the 3/3s. The buildings were built around 1987, and their windows and insulation show for it. Front doors have visible gaps in the weather stripping because they've warped over the course of four decades but they've never been reframed or replaced. The sliding glass doors and windows bleed cold air and the A/C units struggle to keep the apartment at 76 during the middle of the day (the A/C will run but the apartment is insulated so poorly you'll just lose all the cold air through the cracks at the edge or the front door). If you live in the larger bedroom in a 2/2 your room will heat up unexpectedly during the day because the attic door isn't sealed in any way. There would regularly be a 5degree swing between the temperature i Review from Google
Sep 2017: I don't know why people would bother to complain about power outages after the hurricane... Oxford Manor kept us informed with many updates and ultimately there is nothing they can do as it was a GRU problem! Still the management team did a great job trying to make us comfortable by providing food, snacks, and entertainment. They really do care about their residents. Great place to live! Review from Google
Apr 2017: Oxford is a nice place to live. They have a gate guard who keeps the area safe and they have lots of parking, a nice pool, gym, basketball court and more. The rooms are small depending on what type of apartment you get. But it is a nice place to live and a good place for if you have visitors because of the nice living space. Feb 2017: I decided to live here with my sister when I started dental school because of the convenient bus routes to the hospital and the price. Rent cost is reasonable and it includes cable and internet which is convenient. There are two pools, a nice gym, great maintenance staff and free printing. They also have several events with free food. My unit is older and it shows. And I've had some minor problems with forgetful staff (forgetting to put in my work order, not logging my packages, etc). Overall it's not perfect but I'm happy with my experience. Review from 2/23/17 on Google
Feb 2017: You can't beat the location. Buses are right nearby and parking is wonderful - you can park right by where you live anytime of the day. I was originally unhappy when I moved in because I felt like the staff did not care about its residents. However, management has since changed and the staff are much nicer and actually assist you with problems. My only recommendation is to make sure that the apartment you get is clean and renovated. I live in the older version which is nice because it's at the front of the complex, but it is very outdated and dirty. Review from 2/18/17 on Google
Feb 2017: With a great location, reasonable prices, and an overall homey environment, Oxford Manor has been a wonderful place to live. The maintenance staff has been quick to resolve any issues we may have with our unit. The management staff is as equally helpful and always has a great attitude when helping out residents. I definitely recommend this complex for any UF student, especially those who would like to live close to the Veterinary School - it's only a 8 minute bike ride! Review from 2/4/17 on Google

Jan 2017: Moving in was not a good experience; everything was filthy. I had to sweep the floors and clean all the surfaces in the commons and my bedroom because they were caked with so much dirt/dust. Whoever did touch-up painting before I moved in also was very trigger happy. The paint-residue was everywhere, even on the stove burners/drip pans, which almost caused a fire several times and put some nasty vapors in the air. Whoever caulked my bathroom clearly did not sweep, as there is a ton of hair trapped along the edges in the bathroom. The list goes on but my apartment was less than ideal though probably because it is tucked away in a corner of the complex so less attention is paid to it. Review from 1/28/17 on Google
