Nov 2018: Had an amazing experience at ivy ! Big shout out to Nicole for making it the best time and amazing service Review from Google
May 2018: Living at Ivy House it probably the best choice you can make for your first year. The roomate matching works (for me at least) I couldn’t have had better roommates. All girls are so pleasant and friendly here. The only problem is you are on sorority row and it’s college... so expect loud drunk girls at times!! So if you live here you should just know that. The showers were warm and clean all the time. The only people that make it messy are the girls.. nothing to do with Trimark. We do have people to clean and they do a pretty damn good job at it. Beds are comfortable for me and the rooms are large. There are tubs that actually cover your whole body and work. And yes... cleaned daily. If you’re looking for a place. This is your best bet, expecially if you’re joining a sorority. Review from Google
Dec 2017: If you like cold showers, filthy toilets, thin walls, extra small parking spots, mysterious smelling staircases, moldy ceilings, fans with 10+ years of dust collected on them, or doing a load of laundry for $4 then yes, you should live in the ~luxurious~ dormitory for women. Review from Google
Dec 2017: Cold showers. Uncleaned bathrooms. Tundra-like temperatures. Missing packages. Broken vacuums. Thin walls. Weird smells. Just don’t live here Review from Google
May 2015: The Ivy is very expensive for what you receive, people are not as friendly as a dorm and they also have a lot of rules. Also Trimark can be kind of a hassle and try to get a lot of money out of you. The room itself is high quality but it is very small. I enjoyed my year here, but it definitely wasn't worth the amount I paid for a room and parking. Review from 05/01/2015 on Google.
Sep 2013: I am a freshman and am currently living at the Ivy House. I have a single room and love the privacy I get. The Ivy House is the perfect cross between dorm and apartment living. It provides you with safety, closeness to campus, and a house full of girls like a dorm would but it is much nicer and easier to live in. I would strongly recommend the Ivy House to anyone who wants a dorm experience but doesn't want to live in a dump. Trimark is very helpful and can answer any questions or concerns you may have! Review from Google
Feb 2012: I LOVED living at Ivy House my freshman year. I had a wonderful experience renting with Trimark, and couldn't imagine a better place to live for my freshman year. I visited Gainesville with my parents after being accepted to UF, and toured the Ivy House. The staff at Trimark was so helpful and I signed my lease that day! Ivy House was in the perfect location, had a daily maid service & all-inclusive rent, and was walking distance to all my classes! Couldn't be happier! Review from Google

Dec 2011: Ivy House is great if you want the atmosphere of dorm but quality and perks of an apartment off campus!! The facility is beautiful and well maintained! The entire Trimark Properties staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Any maintenance request was serviced in a very timely manner. I have lived in a Trimark property for the past four and a half years, Ivy House for one year, and the service has always been outstanding!! Review from Google
